Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 Days of delivery. 
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at email address or whatsapp to request a return. 
  2. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice. 
  3. Ship the item to our return address. 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 Days business days. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Sale items or products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
